Jason Natal, Personal Trainer
Jason is a Strength and Conditioning Coach/ Personal Trainer, MMA fighter, and MMA instructor with a passion of helping athletes and general public reach their fullest potential. He has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Things he wants you to know: He is looking to bring fitness into a new light where everyone will feel involved, and have fun while doing it, whether you’re a high performance athlete (or aspiring to be one), or if you are someone who is tired of where their health and wellness has gone. Everyone has to START SOMEWHERE.
You will experience a mixture of conventional exercises as well as unconventional methods to constantly further growth and progress.
Kelly Hildreth, Yoga Instructor
Kelly Hildreth is a RYT 200 yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga and many types of movement for two years. Kelly loves helping clients realize their potential. She is dedicated to helping achieve that peak pose. Her advice for her clients is to put in the work and time that you are proud of, whether that is focusing on something at home or taking the steps to find yourself on the mat during class. Stick with it and do your best, your body and mind will thank you.
