Jason Natal, Personal Trainer

Jason is a functional athletics trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has been a trainer for over 7 years and in the fitness industry for 10.  Jason believes fitness can be fun and no matter where you are in your fitness journey . We can start ANYWHERE. 


Things he wants you to know: He is looking to bring fitness into a new light where everyone will feel involved, and have fun while doing it, whether you’re a high performance athlete (or aspiring to be one), or if you are someone who is tired of where their health and wellness has gone. 


You will experience a mixture of conventional exercises as well as unconventional methods to constantly further growth and progress.


Kelly Hildreth, Yoga Instructor

Kelly Hildreth is a RYT 200 yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga and many types of movement for two years. Kelly loves helping clients realize their potential. She is dedicated to helping achieve that peak pose. Her advice for her clients is to put in the work and time that you are proud of, whether that is focusing on something at home or taking the steps to find yourself on the mat during class. Stick with it and do your best, your body and mind will thank you.

Alycia Plattner, Yoga Instructor

As a yoga teacher, Alycia finds the practice of listening to oneself to be of the highest importance. Her yoga practice focuses on breathing, alignment, and relaxation while striving to make yoga accessible to anyone. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT200), receiving her teacher training at Organic Yoga Company in Sioux Falls, SD.
